The Blake School is seeking its next Director of Human Resources. This person will be responsible for providing human resources support to all academic and non-academic divisions of the School. This role implements and administers School policies relating to human resource activities, administers employee benefits programs, oversees payroll and benefits, and ensures that all personnel-related activities are in compliance with federal and state law. The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of human resources experience, excellent communication skills, and superb organizational skills. Qualified candidates will be able to function in a fast-paced, high energy environment with poise, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
