The University of St. Thomas is seeking its next Director of Development, College of Health. This person will join St. Thomas’s newest college, solving systemic health care problems and reimagining how health care professionals can address the whole person using an integrative and interdisciplinary approach to health care delivery. A unique, exciting opportunity, the Director of Development, College of Health will work directly with leadership in taking ownership of building and executing the fundraising strategy for a brand new College.

The Director of Development, College of Health should have experience in development, including a demonstrated ability to solicit and close major gifts. The ideal candidate for this role will be creative, flexible, able to foster effective collaborative relationships across a diverse community, and be supportive of the convictions and mission of the University of St. Thomas.
