Greater Twin Cities United Way seeks a visionary and strategic leader to serve as an integral member of the organization’s leadership team. The chosen candidate will be passionate about the organization’s mission which seeks to disrupt racial disparities that cause poverty by addressing emergent community needs and by working to drive transformational change in systems such as education, housing/food, and the workforce.
This is an incredible opportunity to lead the strategy and work of an organization that touches the lives of approximately 500,000 people in the Greater Twin Cities area per year. The next SVP-CI will serve as the public face for Greater Twin Cities United Way and lead the execution of large and complex solutions through strategy, coalition building, and driving systemic change.
The compensation range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000.
