The McKnight Foundation has an opportunity for a learning officer to support activities across McKnight program areas and the Foundation at large focused on addressing strategic learning needs, tracking the progress and impact of strategies, and gathering insights to inform the Foundation’s work and the field.

Asking powerful questions and connecting ideas and insights, the learning officer supports McKnight in merging the strengths and knowledge of program teams with the strengths and knowledge of partners to accelerate impact in areas of strategic priority, the work itself, and others working in the field.

The McKnight Foundation provides a competitive compensation package. Benefits include health, dental, life, and disability insurance; generous paid time off; contribution to a retirement plan; matching charitable gifts program; and a flexible work environment. This opportunity is a full-time, exempt position based in Minneapolis. The position salary range is $110,700 to $116,850.
