As a community, MPA has focused on fostering a safe and inclusive space for all, preparing its students to learn, live, and thrive in an increasingly diverse world.
As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, MPA is seeking a Director of Equity & Belonging to provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support for widespread integration of and accountability for diversity, equity, inclusive, and antiracist policies and practices. Aspiring to be truly inclusive of racial diversity, socioeconomic diversity, gender identity and equality, and religious understanding, the Director will lead and collaborate on initiatives built to foster an environment of belonging where all are embraced, valued, and included.
A thought-leader and trailblazer, the Director will be dually tasked with driving the ideation and inspiration behind MPA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives while also being hands-on and resourceful in implementation of the work. As a coach, advocate, and DE&I expert, the Director will work closely with leaders and the community to ensure that DE&I practices are central to every facet of the school’s academics and operations.
