Each year, more than 15,000 kids and young adults are diagnosed with cancer. Cancer remains the most common cause of death by disease among children in the United States.
Children’s Cancer Research Fund (CCRF) is at an exciting and pivotal time as an organization. Over the next few years, guided by its new Strategic Plan, CCRF will become an organization that measures success by the impact made on the childhood cancer ecosystem.
Creating more impact in the childhood cancer ecosystem will require CCRF to work differently, including how research and programs are funded. CCRF is actively exploring new models for revenue creation, product development and partnerships that will allow the disruption of the status quo in the ecosystem, driving positive change more quickly for families experiencing pediatric cancer.
The inaugural VP of Administration is a key leader in guiding the strategic transformation, continuous improvement, and growth of the organization. They will play a critical role in preparing the organization to effectively support their new, impact-focused programs and services. Alongside the CEO, the VP of Administration will strategically lead and guide the restructure of their core business functions to support and develop digital and online business activities, new technology infrastructure, and digitally-focused business practices and mindsets.
The VP of Administration will support a vision for the organization that is community-centered, innovative, integrative, and drives impact and advances the strategic plan.
The ideal candidate will bring proven organizational leadership and strategic financial management experience.
