The ideal candidate for the Director of Human Resources at PPL will bring strong collaboration and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust across an organization; they’ll work closely with PPL’s Director of Racial Equity & Learning to ensure a strong culture that is focused on delivering meaningful equity outcomes for staff, residents, and program participants.

Target compensation range: $95-110K
