PPL is seeking a Vice President of Career Readiness (VP), a leader with demonstrated strategic and community leadership skills in the career and educational arenas who is passionate and energized by the challenge of creating economic vitality in BIPOC communities. The VP is responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of programs and services to accomplish PPL’s strategic vision of deepening and growing its high quality career readiness programs to produce tangible results in closing the regional education and employment disparities for young adults and adults.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and passionate leader with significant experience in strategic, operational, and program leadership as well as team, culture, and relationship building.
