On behalf of our client, Twin Cities Housing Development Corporation (TCHDC), CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for their Executive Director.
TCHDC, a nonprofit developer headquartered in St. Paul, MN, has built or renovated over 2,940 units of affordable housing in Minnesota. From efficiency apartments to family townhomes, their developments are designed to complement their communities, to provide their residents with excellent, well-managed housing, and to build value for their investors. TCHDC’s developments have won Committee for Urban Excellence awards and have also been recognized by the Heritage Preservation Commission of the City of Saint Paul.
The new Executive Director will provide leadership and oversee all aspects of TCHDC’s operations, ensuring the preservation and development of safe, quality, and self-sustaining affordable housing options for families. With a commitment to TCHDC’s mission, values, and philosophy, the successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who brings superior financial management and underwriting experience. The ideal candidate has professional leadership experience and demonstrates knowledge of business imperatives of property management, housing policies, and affordable housing finance and development.
Salary Range: $225,000 - $275,000
