The Twin Cities’ creative industry generates eight times the economic output as its sports industry, but it still only has a ten percent diversity rate. The BrandLab is removing hurdles and closing both the achievement gap and the entry-level career gap. Through partnerships with schools, companies, and marketing agencies in the Twin Cities and Kansas City, The BrandLab and its partners are working together, as a community, to do their part in creating a prepared and trained workforce in an industry that is grossly lacking in BIPOC employees.
The BrandLab is seeking a proven, energetic leader as its next Chief Executive Officer. This person will bring significant leadership experience and a passion for driving national growth in support of TBL’s mission. The successful candidate will be curious, highly intuitive, and lead with a strategic business mindset. In addition, the next Chief Executive Officer will bring lived experience and/or acumen and authentic passion for equity and inclusion, utilizing these insights to grow the BrandLab nationally across multiple markets.
