This is a newly established leadership role and a unique opportunity to guide a family-founded philanthropic organization at a moment of meaningful momentum, following board-led mission planning and growth of the Tozer Foundation’s endowment.
Founded in 1947, the Tozer Foundation expands access to higher education for students in Chisago, Kanabec, Pine, and Washington counties. The family-founded organization awards approximately 350–400 multi-year scholarships annually, carrying forward David Tozer’s legacy of investing in St. Croix Valley communities.
The Executive Director will partner with the Board of Directors to shape strategy, strengthen the Tozer Foundation Scholarship Program, expand support for Tozer Scholars, and explore community grantmaking beyond scholarships.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with programmatic leadership experience within a mission-driven organization, foundation, for-profit, or nonprofit. Familiarity with the St. Croix Valley of Minnesota is preferred.
Salary Range: $140,000 – $155,000
