Chris Cohen

Chris Cohen has been in the search industry since 1996 and has built a strong reputation for serving national clients in the public, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. Within these sectors, she has worked on all disciplines and has helped national and local organizations to attract and recruit top talent. After completing hundreds of searches Chris is known for her curiosity and eagerness to understand client organizations, her dedication to proactive recruiting using the latest research tools and national networks, and her history of creating strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Chris earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and her MBA from University of St. Thomas.  She is a committed and continuous learner. As such, Chris leads training & development for the firm, bringing best practices and latest national recruiting training to the team.  She actively participates research and training activities including programs with Stanford and Aspen Institute’s Global Leadership Forum, most recently completing the global AIRS Diversity training program. She is also active with several local community organizations, is on the Outward Bound Board and a member of the nonprofit group- 12 Ordinary Women. In her spare time Chris is an outdoor enthusiast, urban deck gardener, and distance runner/marathoner.
