Lindsay Polyak

Lindsay has assisted senior leaders in the non-profit and for-profit sectors for over 25 years—with an emphasis on HR, organizational redesign and culture, leadership development, and change management.  Lindsay moved fulltime in the retained search space in 2013 and then spent the 3 years leading the non-profit practice for a boutique consulting firm.  She has focused her work on senior level searches for non-profits and foundations spanning a variety of roles. Her years of assessing the cultural components of organizations make her uniquely suited to understand quickly the culture and context of an organization and identify leaders who can excel in that culture.

An active member of the Twin Cities community, she serves on the Board of Governors for Opportunity International and the Global Missions Advisory Team for Christ Presbyterian Church. She is also a current Executive Board member for the Hopkins Education Foundation, and leads the HR committee for the TreeHouse Board of Directors. In addition, she is a trained Social Justice Facilitator for the YWCA. Lindsay received her BA in Marketing and Finance with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
