Donna DiMenna is an organizational psychologist with expertise in talent management practices: assessment, organizational development, organizational design, leadership development, organizational culture, team effectiveness, and executive coaching. She has most recently been the Global Leader for Team Effectiveness and Executive Coaching at Medtronic, the world’s largest medical device company.

She is an author, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and business leader. Donna was a standup comic in the Twin Cities which brings an additional perspective of the workplace.
Donna is certified in numerous personality assessments including the Hogan, 360, TKI, Team Performance model etc.
