On behalf of the Ann Bancroft Foundation, CohenTaylor is conducting a retained search for their Director of Development.
The Ann Bancroft Foundation encourages Minnesota girls, including cisgender, transgender, gender non-conforming, and gender non-binary individuals, to dream fearlessly and equips them with the skills to thrive via grants, mentorship, and development opportunities. To date, the Ann Bancroft Foundation has supported over 6,000 girls to explore their vast interests and passions.
As a key partner to the Executive Director, the Director of Development works collaboratively across the organization to strategically design and implement fundraising activities, including individual and institutional cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, event management, and database management.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of non-profit fundraising experience. They will have demonstrated and quantifiable success in achieving fundraising goals and a proven track record of effective gift solicitation, donor communications, event management, and fundraising operations management.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 plus benefits that include health insurance, PTO and 3% retirement match.
