On behalf of our client, Arden Property Group, CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for their Regional Vice President – Multifamily Housing Operations.
Arden Property Group is a Wisconsin based multifamily housing developer, owner, and operator whose vision is to create and unite communities through meaningful experiences. For over 45 years, they have earned a strong reputation of being a financially stable housing development/operator group focused on quality, kindness, and trust. They currently own and manage 15 properties with over 3,500 units.
The Regional Vice President – Multifamily Housing Operations (RVP) is a core change agent and will work to develop and enhance on-site teams’ performance while playing a key role in implementing operational efficiencies and various organizational initiatives. In this role, the RVP will oversee a portfolio of multi-family housing communities and their on-site teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced multifamily real estate leader. Successful candidates must bring more than three years of progressive supervisory experience in multifamily and multi-site housing property management. This new leader must understand vacancy procedures and budget compliance, bring strong financial acumen, and have an understanding of what drives P&L.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000
