With five decades of experience building stable homes, strong futures, and vibrant communities, CommonBond’s integrated housing and services model has a far-reaching impact on people’s lives.
Following a successful 5-year comprehensive resource development campaign, the next leader of Resource Development will have the opportunity to build on this momentum and evolve the giving and engagement work of the organization further. In this role, the new leader will balance hands-on oversight of daily functions with improving policies, systems, and processes while managing staff development to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
This ideal candidate is an experienced fundraising leader who has deep nonprofit fundraising experience – raising six- and seven-figure gifts, cultivating major gifts, overseeing fundraising operations, strengthening community engagement, creating a culture of philanthropy across an organization – and also brings a strong track record in diversifying revenue streams and leading major campaigns.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000
