On behalf of our client, Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF), CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for their EVP Programs & Partnerships (EVP).
Founded in 1988, CRF is a national nonprofit organization and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that works to complement and amplify the scale and effectiveness of the community development ecosystem with its lending, technology and service solutions. Since its founding, CRF has served ~10,000 businesses, created or retained 157,000+ jobs, and provided more than $3.6B in loans and investments to communities across the country.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the EVP Programs & Partnerships will lead the strategy, development, implementation, and impact of CRF’s community-focused programs, fundraising and national strategic partnership initiatives with a goal of significantly expanding CRF’s impact and reach, identifying new revenue streams, and increasing net revenue overall.
Successful candidates will bring 10+ years of leadership experience in community development finance, diverse community reinvestment strategies, and/or small business development programs.
Location: CRF is a remotely distributed organization. This is a remote position, with the expectation of occasional travel for team collaboration, partner engagement, or industry events.
Salary Range: $240,000 - $260,000, with a performance bonus potential.
