On behalf of our client, Dungarvin, CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for their Chief People Officer.

A member of the Executive Management Team, the Chief People Officer will lead all HR functions for the organization, including talent acquisition, training and development, compliance, employee relations, and total rewards.
This is an exciting time to join a growing organization to lead a structured approach to scalability and bring innovative strategies to develop and implement people-focused and solution-driven approaches to human resources.
Successful candidates will bring prior experience as a CPO or CHRO with industry experience in healthcare, multistate operations, and healthcare regulatory compliance. They will have a track record of growing and developing teams in an organization with a high growth/acquisition mode, while building and fostering a more cohesive centralized HR function.
