In this role, the Senior Director of Training will be directly responsible for the overall development, administration, coordination, and evaluation of the training function for the organization. Working closely with the executive team and the other business units, this Senior Director of Training will identify short and long-term training needs and partner with others in the organization to develop appropriate training content.
The ideal Senior Director of Training candidate will act as a true partner to the business with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholders. They will be an innovator with a proven ability to diagnose situations and make recommendations on solutions, creating exceptional learning experiences utilizing varied L&D delivery methods.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
