Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA) seeks a strategic and proactive finance professional with a background in governmental accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and extensive knowledge of investments, insurance, and contracts.

The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA) is the State of Minnesota’s representative as the owner of U.S. Bank Stadium, a publicly owned asset and best-in-class NFL Stadium. Principally, the MSFA owns and oversees management of the U.S. Bank Stadium asset and multiple capital improvement projects that keep the stadium as a first-class facility. The MSFA is comprised of five Board members who serve four-year terms.

In this role, the Director of Finance provides leadership in the planning, coordinating, directing, and communicating high-quality financial services to the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority. The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial leadership for strategic and capital improvement planning and will act as a resource to the Executive Director and Chair of the Board to develop economic and financially feasible solutions to meet the needs of the MSFA and the stadium.
