On behalf of our client, Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance, CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for their Executive Director.
For 25 years, Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA) has provided life-changing support programs, education, and resources to survivors, loved ones, and caregivers. Founded by a group of survivors, MOCA is a nationally recognized nonprofit and one of the top private, nonprofit funders of ovarian cancer research in the U.S.
The Executive Director will guide the organization toward the achievement of the organization’s mission and strategic direction, responsible for ensuring its continued long-term sustainability. This position offers a unique opportunity to steward an organization making a direct and positive impact in the lives of women and their families to fund and promote advancement in ovarian cancer research.
The ideal candidate for this Executive Director role is a proven and highly relational leader who is experienced at leading and building strong teams, enhancing organizational culture, and identifying and developing new and creative funding streams.
Salary Range: $145,000 – $185,000
Location: Minneapolis, MN
