On behalf of our client, National Ataxia Foundation (NAF), CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for its new Chief Development Officer.
Founded in 1957, National Ataxia Foundation (NAF) is the leading patient advocacy organization dedicated to advancing Ataxia research, providing vital programs and resources for individuals and families, and partnering with clinicians, researchers, and pharmaceutical companies to accelerate treatments and a cure.
The Chief Development Officer is a new position. They will provide strategic leadership for NAF’s philanthropic vision and drive the growth of a robust, national development program. Partnering closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, the CDO will shape strategy, strengthen the organizational structure, and build a high-performing team to support the expansion of programs, diversification of revenue streams, and long-term organizational sustainability.
Salary Range: $175,000. - $190,000.
Location: Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a remote position. Travel will be required, but as part of a national search, the new CDO may be based anywhere in the United States.
