On behalf of our client, Project for Pride in Living, CohenTaylor Executive Search Services is conducting a retained executive search for its next Senior Vice President of Housing Stability.

PPL is a leading Twin Cities nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through housing stability, career readiness, and youth development. Serving nearly 9,100 individuals and families annually, PPL owns and manages more than 1,800 units of affordable housing and delivers integrated services that support long-term economic independence.

The Senior Vice President of Housing Stability is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for advancing PPL’s housing strategy and overseeing real estate development, asset management, and housing operations. This leader will guide a multidisciplinary team, drive complex development initiatives, and ensure strong financial and operational performance across the housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership across housing development, asset management, and operations
• Oversee real estate development projects, including financing, partnerships, and execution
• Maximize performance of PPL’s housing portfolio through strong financial oversight
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple functions
• Represent PPL with public agencies, funders, and community stakeholders

Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years in progressively responsible leadership positions in housing finance, real estate management, and/or community development.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including real estate development finance
• Experience leading complex, multi-site teams and initiatives

Salary Range
$200,000 – $220,000, plus a comprehensive benefits plan
