PPL is searching for a skilled, collaborative, creative, and inclusive leader who will lead and build upon a strong Property Management team and will be excited to take the department to the next level. The chosen candidate will join a team with a commitment to race equity that encompasses the organization’s work and culture.

The Senior Director of Property Management is responsible for providing strategic direction to and supervision of property management operations across PPL’s portfolio of 1600 units of affordable housing and is responsible for ensuring PPL’s housing provides a positive resident experience, meets owners’ objectives, and complies with regulatory requirements.

The Senior Director of Property Management will be a part of a close working relationship with Asset Management, Resident Services, and Real Estate Development in fulfilling these accountabilities. The Senior Director, of Property Management will be responsible for managing direct reports, including the Director of Compliance & Operations, Facilities Director, and Regional Managers.
