On behalf of our client, Regions Hospital Foundation, CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for their Executive Director.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Regions Hospital Foundation, which provides oversight and stewardship of all charitable contributions to Regions Hospital, part of HealthPartners. For more than 150 years, Regions Hospital has been providing care and compassion to the people of St. Paul and the surrounding communities.
In this role, the Executive Director is responsible for leading philanthropic support initiatives promoting partnerships through innovation, creativity, and technology. Additionally, the Executive Director partners with others within HealthPartners and the community to identify and help address gaps in the care continuum.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing thoughtful, strategic, collaborative, and effective executive leadership in philanthropy. They will be passionate about and successful at finding solutions to complex healthcare issues and creating sustainable positive impact.
Salary Range: $220,000 – $250,000
Location: St. Paul, MN
