Chris Cohen brings over two decades of experience in the search industry, specializing in national searches for public, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. Her reputation for excellence stems from her ability to attract and recruit top talent across various disciplines. She is known for her inquisitive nature, taking the time to understand client organizations, and her proactive approach to recruiting utilizing cutting-edge research tools and national networks. Prior to search, Chris worked in sales and marketing with Gartner Group.
With our team, Chris is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training. She is actively engaged in training and development efforts within her firm, ensuring her team is equipped with the latest national recruiting practices. Chris actively engages in research and training programs, participating in esteemed institutions such as Stanford and the Aspen Institute’s Global Leadership Forum. She completed the global AIRS Diversity training program, solidifying her expertise in inclusive recruitment strategies. Alongside her professional pursuits, Chris is an active member of the community, serving for over a decade on the Outward Bound, VOBS Board and other community volunteer activities. In her personal time, she enjoys outdoor activities, gardening, and participating in distance running events with her daughters.
Chris earned a degree in international relations from the University of Minnesota and MBA from the University of ST. Thomas.
