After an extensive national search, CohenTaylor client McKnight Foundation has announced that Cedrick Baker will join the Foundation as its new chief of staff. Baker is an inspiring motivational leader and systems thinker skilled in navigating change and removing barriers within large, complex organizations. Most recently, Baker was the chief of staff of Saint Paul Public Schools.
As chief of staff, Baker will serve as a key strategic advisor to Tonya Allen, president of McKnight, aligning enterprise-level work to advance the Foundation’s mission.
